If you decide to return a product because you do not like it or it is the wrong size, items must be returned within 14 days of sale. Please email us at email@example.com for return address and notification of return. Used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Returned products must be returned in their original state, without damage and with original packaging. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
If your product is faulty, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your proof of purchase (within 3 months). Please include a photo of your faulty product with an explanation.
We ship all of orders via Australia Post. We have four options for delivery.
We now ship orders to New Zealand via Australia Post. Shipping times vary but may take 2-3 weeks depending on location. At this time we ship via air economy with tracking based on weight. Prices will be calculated at the checkout.

Your order will be dispatched within two business days via Australia Post. Once products have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. Items with Free Shipping do not come with tracking and purchaser does so at their own risk.
If a product with tracking arrives damaged or is misplaced, we will do our best to work with you to amend this. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with us within 3 business days of receiving their delivery. Replacements will be at our discretion once assessments have been made.
Please enter your shipping address correctly because once it has been received and dispatched we may not be able to alter the address. The customer will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can aim to amend your address.
International Shipping: Customs charges can be potentially applicable based on your country. It is the customer's responsibility to find this out and cover the associated costs. Customs charges are not covered in our Shipping Fees. All prices on our website are in AUD.
1. Little Strawberries Gift Vouchers can be issued as a physical Gift Voucher or a digital PDF file.
2. Little Strawberries Gift Vouchers entitle the holder to goods equal to the value stated on the Gift Voucher.
4. If the Gift Voucher holder would like to order products from Buttons Diapers that are not currently available through our online store, they must contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org allow up to one month for delivery.
5. Each Little Strawberries Gift Voucher comes with a unique code. When redeeming the Gift Voucher through our online store, the gift voucher holder must enter the unique code into the COUPON CODE box before proceeding to checkout. If there are any problems when redeeming your Gift Voucher through our online store, please contact us via email email@example.com
6. Little Strawberries Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash.
7. Little Strawberries Gift Vouchers are redeemable in one transaction and any unused balance cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. If the Little Strawberries Gift Voucher holder's order exceeds the amount of the Gift Voucher, the Gift Voucher holder will be required to pay for the difference in price between the value of the Gift Card and the retail price of the goods.
9. All Little Strawberries Gift Vouchers sold will expire within twelve months of purchase. Gift Cards can be redeemed at any time prior to or on the expiry date.
10. Should Little Strawberries suspect any fraud relating to a Little Strawberries Gift Vouchers, Little Strawberries may refuse to redeem the Gift Voucher until Little Strawberries is satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
11. Little Strawberries is not liable for any lost/stolen Gift Vouchers. Please contact Little Strawberries via email firstname.lastname@example.org if your Gift Voucher has been lost/stolen. Lost/stolen Gift Cards can only be replaced if satisfactory proof of purchase is provided and the Gift Voucher has not been redeemed.
